Eileen has been a gym regular since the days of unitards and leg warmers and has been an active triathlete for many years. Her more recent focus on running events has taken her to multiple marathon finishes.
Eileen has competed in the world of triathlons and marathons for the past 15 years. She is an active cyclists and currently a marathon running coach.
Eileen has a well rounded approach to fitness that can benefit almost anybody. Her pleasant demeanor puts people so much at ease that before you even know it, you’ve had a great workout!
As a trainer Eileen believes in combining a series of strength machines, cardio machines, free weights, and functional fitness exercises- exercises that mimic everyday activities. This approach results in teaching the body to work as a unit and strengthens the core muscle group which drastically enhances your total body fitness.
Eileen is a certified Pilates instructor and was trained in the MELT Method by creator Sue Hitzmann herself. Eileen’s mix of skill, experience and good instincts make her an excellent trainer who can help almost anyone reach their fitness goals.
