Weight loss challenge – Join us!


As I have forewarned, it is time for our next challenge.

Some of you may be interested in fixing your metabolism, others may do this to lose weight, and many of you both!  Join us for 8 weeks of weight loss and healthy eating!  We can all do this together!  All you need is commitment, we will give you the support you need to be successful.  We hope to get a group of 20 together – no, we will not be having meetings but we will be in communication through emails, Facebook and weekly face to face time for your weigh-ins.  Some of you even get to see us for your workouts!  Tell your friends, co-workers, and family about the challenge.  Everyone can join in, they do not need to be a member.
