Our small group personal training sessions are a great and affordable way to get personal training, plus you have the benefit of working out with others for added fun and motivation. We limit our sessions to a maximum of 5 people allowing the trainers to cater to each person’s training needs.

*if you come 3 times a week that’s less than $15 per session for personal training! Come with a friend and it’s only $12.50 per session!!
