Just having a scheduled appointment with a trainer can mean the difference between success and failure for many people.

It’s just too easy to hit the snooze button or drive past the gym and go home after a long day, if you don’t feel like working out.

When you have an appointment with a trainer who is expecting you to show up at a certain time, and will contact you if you don’t show up, it makes it much more difficult to give in to your urges to skip your workout. In the end, when people tell us that they would have skipped the workout if it weren’t for us being there (which we hear quite often) they are very happy that they didn’t play hookey, and almost always they feel much better after the workout.
