I've recently heard from many individuals, who are somewhat interested in joining a Small Group Personal Training sessions, that they were nervous & hesitant to try out a session  for a number of reasons. Some being that:

- They are out of shape and don't want to hold the group up

- They are nervous they can't keep up, or lift as much as other members

-They don't know much about strength training, so feel intimidated by the rest of the group
